Meet Dominique

Dominique Cross is a proud mother, ECE college graduate & experienced childcare director. She has been in the childcare industry for the last 9 years. With experience from a large family home daycare to a non-profit 235 children licensed facility, then entering corporate childcare, and her latest role as Program Director, she has seen it all. Her main goal is to foster a positive environment so all children can experience high quality childcare, and assist childcare providers in upscaling their business.
